Connoisseur Room:
Connoisseur Rooms consist of one or more rooms of the following types: Twin Beds with bathroom and Double Bed with bathroom. Facilities as like the classic rooms include individually controlled air-conditioning, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and trouser press. In addition you have use of a bathrobe, telephone in the bathroom and all Connosseur rooms are located on the Upper floor
Junior and Luxury Suites:
Both of the suites have double beds in the room and are obviously en suite. Facilities as like the classic rooms include individually controlled air-conditioning, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and trouser press. In addition you have use of a bathrobe and a telephone in the bathroom.The Junior suites have an adjoining lounge which has a dining table, sofabed, television and separate toilet and entrance. The Luxury Suites have the same facilities as the Junior suite with a second bathroom. It is one twin and one double bedded room with adjoining lounge.
Handicapped Room:
At the Copthorne Tara Hotel they are specialised rooms for the handicapped. There are specific rooms with electric ceiling hoist above the bed, commode, bathtub (2 rooms), wheel in showers, wide door with automatic opening, bedside intercom, remote entry system, bedside control panel for colour TV radio and lights,. The closet has low mounted doors and low drawers. There is a fridge in all rooms, low pile carpeting and connecting doors for carers. The rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities and a telephone at the side of the bed. All public areas are wheelchair accessible including the Tara's extensive conference and banqueting facilties, restaurant and bar. All adapted rooms bookable via Holday care service on 01293 773716. Also parking is available for disabled guests.

From Heathrow Airport, follow signs from M4, Eastbound to Central London. M4 leads into A4, continue over the Hammersmith Flyover into Cromwell Road, turn left into Marloes Road just before Cromwell Hospital, follow Marloes Road until it veers to the left. Turn right and you are there. Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes by car. Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station takes 20 minutes by the Heathrow Express Train.
From Gatwick Airport, turn onto the M23 to M25 at junction 7, follow signs for Heathrow then take junction 15, then follow the same as from Heathrow. Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station takes 30 minutes by the Gatwick Express Train.
City Centre 2 miles, Heathrow Airport LHR 14 miles, Train Station 1.5 miles, Bus Station 2 miles, Royal Albert Hall 0.75 mile, Earls Court Station Centre 1 mile. The hotel is situated outside of London's new Congestion Charging Zone. However, if you are intending to drive to the hotel, it may be useful to check whether your journey will take you through the zone.
