How do I view the cancellation policy before
I book?
Hotel cancellation policies vary and all are viewable, from our site, prior
to booking a reservation. You may find them under the "Cancellation
Policy " section that appears with each listing or on our secure reservation
page at the time of booking. A copy of the cancellation policy will also
be included in your confirmation email.
Tip: View the rate rules before completing your reservation
request.

Where do you send my information?
When you decide to book a room you submit your personal information into
our system. It is then encrypted for your protection. Your credit card
number is then checked for authenticity and available funds. Your pertinent
information is made available to your selected hotel and is then stored,
along with the rest of your personally identifiable information, in its
encrypted form on our secure server. We never sell, rent, or give any
of your information to any parties not involved in booking your room.

Do hotels charge for additional adults and is that price reflected
in my quote?
Some hotels do charge you for extra adults. If your request information
contains the accurate number of adults that will be staying in the room,
then all prices will reflect applicable charges.

When will the hotel have my reservation?
The instant you book a reservation your room is taken out of the hotel's
inventory and is set aside for your use. Some hotels will not be able
to access your specific information immediately; they will only know that
the room is reserved and not available to anyone else. At the very latest,
your information will be uploaded 24 hours prior to your arrival. This
in no way effects the status of your booking, but keeps the system moving
and still ensures that no one else can book your room.

If I cancel within my cancellation policy's guidelines how
do I retrieve my deposit?
Deposits and prepayments are debited to your card immediately at the time
of booking. In the event you must cancel and are eligible for a refund,
in accordance with your cancellation policy, your card will automatically
be credited, minus any applicable cancellation fees, upon confirmation
of your cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy, stated
on your secure reservation form before booking as well as included in
your confirmation email, concerning eligibility.

Web Savers are rates that are available only by booking online or through
our call center. These rates are some of the best deals available. They
are always well below the published rates available directly from the
hotel and are special deals with limited availability so they go fast.

How do I know that my credit card is safe?
We at Zoom Accommodations take your privacy and security very seriously.
We use encryption software to ensure the protection of your information
as it travels to our database. Then we store all pertinent, sensitive
material in a database that is not accessible from the web.

Do you charge my credit card for booking a room?
Your credit card is not charged the full amount of your reservation until
the completion of your stay, and then only if you chose to use it as your
form of payment. Exceptions: The $5 service fee charged upon booking,
and if the room or rate you request requires prepayment or a deposit.
If prepayment or a deposit is required it will be debited to your card
at the time of on-line verification. Some deposits are fully refundable
and some are subject to cancellation fees. This is determined by the individual
hotel and is noted in their cancellation policies. Be sure to view all
policies before booking.

Where do I find the phone number to my hotel?
Phone numbers are included in confirmation emails along with your travel
dates, cancellation policy, and your confirmation number.

How does availability effect rates?
Hotels base their rates upon availability. The more rooms that are available,
the more the hotels need to book them and the lower the rates will be.
This is why booking early is a good idea. It allows you to get the best
room at the best rate. We suggest that if you find a room and a rate you
like that you book right away.

How do I make a cancellation?
To make a cancellation, please follow the instructions sent through you
by email.

Addressing credit card trouble.
If your card is being denied there are a few things to double check. Data
entry mistakes are the most common cause of processing errors, so make
sure that your card number is entered accurately. Next, check that your
card does not expire before the time of your stay. Then, be sure that
your available balance is sufficient to guarantee the cost of your lodging.
While your card may not be charged the full amount of your stay, to guarantee
a room you must still exhibit an ability to pay. Finally, look to see
that your host hotel accepts your card type, and that you have entered
your name just as it appears on your card.

Addressing billing errors.
Zoom Accommodations is not responsible for billing, unless you booked
a pre-paid reservation. Any questions or discrepancies concerning your
bill should be directed to your hotel. If they are unable to settle the
matter, please email us at

Please note: If you booked a pre-paid reservation, the only thing
the hotel should bill you for are whatever incidentals you incur during
your stay.

Do children stay for free?
Our room prices are based on nightly double occupancy. Kids under twelve
usually stay for free. However, rates do vary for each hotel. Policies
and rate rules are listed on our secure reservation page.

Are rollaway beds available? Is there a charge?
Most hotels have rollaway beds available for rent. Prices vary at each
hotel. You may wish to submit a request for a rollaway bed in our special
requests box that appears at the bottom of our secure reservation form.
Hotels do their best to accommodate each request.

Will I receive written confirmation of my reservation from
the hotel?
No. Your online confirmation and confirmation email is all you will need
to hold your room.

Are taxes included in your rates?
Prices displayed do not include taxes or service fees.
Tip: Exceptions are rooms that require prepayment at the time of booking.
